Now that the 2008/2009 season is over, and before the training begins for the 2010 Olympics I have been enjoying some time off. I wanted to do something completely away from biathlon for a short while, so my girlfriend and I went on a vacation to Austria for some downhill skiing. Conditions were great, and it was just what I needed. Now I am busy making the final draft of my training plan and slowly working my way back into a training schedule. Basically, for me the Games have begun.
