I have spent the last week training in my hometown of Lake Placid.  It has a been really nice to be home and see friends and family during the middle of the season.  Normally, with the way the typical world cup schedule goes, I don't get a chance to some home until April each winter.  The conditions have been great here and I've been able to get in high-quality workouts every day.  After this week, I'm hoping to carry the momentum from Korea forward through the last three world cups to have a strong finish to my season.
